Q: Does the BSJ offer an automatic renewal option?
A: Not any more.  This used to be an option using PayPal but it caused many errors and problems so we had to discontinue it.

Q: How do I renew a BSJ subscription?
A: You can renew now by ordering a subscription for 2013.  The easiest way to do that is to order it at our
online subscriptions page.  You can also renew by sending a check.

Q: Can I renew using a credit card?
A: Yes, just use our online order process, which allows you to pay using either a PayPal account or a credit card processed through PayPal.

Q: When can I renew my subscription?
A: Starting in the fall we begin taking orders for the next year's BSJ subscriptions.  Just check the
online subscription page to see if we have started taking orders for next year..

Q: When does my subscription expire?
A: The BSJ is sold as a calendar-year subscription and expires at the end of the year.

Q: Who do I contact if I still have questions?

Send us an email and we'll try to help.
